Acceptance of Terms of Use

By accessing or using the winrm27 platform available at winrm27.org, you hereby confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions stated in this document. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and winrm27 as the platform operator.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required not to use this platform. Continued access to the winrm27 platform after any amendment to the terms will be considered acceptance of those amendments.

Account Registration and Management

To use winrm27 services, you are required to register one account by providing accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information. Registration of more than one account by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the freezing of all related accounts and forfeiture of any existing balances.

During registration, you agree to:

• Provide true identity information including your full name as per your identity card or MyKad
• Provide an active and reachable mobile phone number
• Provide a valid and actively monitored email address
• Not share your account password with any other party
• Notify winrm27 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account

winrm27 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time for the purpose of complying with Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. Failure to submit the requested documents within the specified time frame may result in account suspension until verification is complete.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

winrm27 supports a range of local payment methods to make financial transactions easier for Malaysian players. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are subject to the minimum limits stated.

Accepted payment methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, and cryptocurrencies such as USDT, BTC and ETH.

• Minimum deposit: RM30 for all payment methods
• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 for all payment methods
• Withdrawal processing time: between 10 and 45 minutes
• Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit
• The account must have completed full KYC verification before the first withdrawal is permitted
• winrm27 reserves the right to hold withdrawals for security review and compliance purposes

All successfully processed deposits are final. winrm27 is not responsible for delays caused by banks or third-party payment service providers. If there is an issue with a transaction, please contact our customer service within 24 hours of when the transaction occurred.

Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

winrm27 offers various bonuses and promotions to new and existing players. Every bonus is subject to wagering requirements and specific terms that must be met before any bonus funds can be withdrawn.

The winrm27 welcome bonus offers a 100% match on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM1,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount received. For example, if you deposit RM100 and receive a bonus of RM100, your account balance becomes RM200 and you need to place wagers totalling RM2,500 (RM100 × 25) before the bonus funds are eligible for withdrawal. For a deposit of RM2,200, the bonus received is RM1,000 bringing the balance to RM3,200, with a wagering requirement of RM25,000 (RM1,000 × 25).

• Bonuses can only be claimed once per player unless stated otherwise
• winrm27 reserves the right to cancel any bonus suspected of being claimed fraudulently
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time frame specified for each promotion
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts and have no direct cash value
• winrm27 reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel any promotion without prior notice

User Responsibilities and Conduct

All winrm27 users are required to conduct themselves in a responsible, respectful and lawful manner at all times when using the platform. Conduct considered to be in violation of these terms includes, but is not limited to:

• Using automated software, bots or scripts to interact with the platform
• Collaborating with other players to manipulate game outcomes (collusion)
• Attempting to exploit bugs or system vulnerabilities in any game
• Using false information or another person's identity during registration or verification
• Conducting financial transactions related to illegal activities
• Transferring funds between player accounts to circumvent bonus wagering requirements
• Making threats or posting harmful content through customer support channels

Any violation of these terms may result in permanent account suspension or closure, forfeiture of account balances including bonus funds and cash, and legal action where appropriate. winrm27 reserves the right to make the final decision in all matters relating to term violations.

Liability Limitations and Disclaimer

The winrm27 platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties. winrm27 does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or be free from technical errors at all times.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, winrm27 will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform. This includes losses arising from internet service disruptions, user device failures, or unfavourable game outcomes.

Players are fully responsible for the betting decisions they make. Gambling involves financial risk and winrm27 encourages all players to bet within their financial means. If you need help with problem gambling, please contact a relevant counselling service in your area.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to internationally licensed operators. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between both parties.

If negotiation does not produce a satisfactory resolution within 30 days, the dispute will be referred to binding arbitration under procedures agreed upon by both parties. The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties.

The Malay version of these terms is provided for the convenience of Malaysian players. Should there be any discrepancy between different language versions, the interpretation shall follow the original version as established by the operator.
